Beginner's Guide - Do's and Dont's

Congratulations for making the decision to read the beginner's guide. So you want to know more about the world of PTC and the secrets of all the successful PTC earners? Let's cut to the chase and let me give you a piece of important knowledge.

A PTC site is a website specifically created to bring advertisers to the site by using members who are getting paid for viewing advertisements and referring people on the site. Signing up as a member is FREE. The only tasks you'll do are to click and view ads (each has specific amount over a number of seconds: 30 seconds = $0.01) and refer people to the site (usually earns you half their ad click earnings).Usually you will be paid through paypal or alertpay when you meet a specific minimum amount to cashout. Don't rush to grab them all yet.

Many of the beginners, after trying PTC sites in few days, think that these are just waste of time. At first you feel so excited for this easy money as it seems in the first glance, but few days later, you will feel that you're not earning that much because you find it hard to get referrals. Well, if you feel like this, you better think twice before giving up because there are lots of ways to surpass your doubt and earn much that will satisfy you more than you expected. Remember that neglected opportunity is one of the greatest source of regrets in life. You just need to be patient and resourceful. Read and learn then share knowledge to others like what I'm doing now, and you will succeed.

As a newbie, do not be excited on earning lots of money immediately. That could be your greatest weakness. Focus on one site first. First things first, know the rules especially the do's and dont's. When you understand everything, do not signup in more sites yet. I do not advise joining other PTC sites as a referral of someone without getting something from him other than informing you of the site. Be a referral of others only if he can be your referral as well in other PTC sites. This process is what we called referral exchange (to know more about this, you may want to read later my article about getting more referrals entitled "Getting Referrals"). Referral exchange will give you only few referrals but take note, its 90% sure they are active. Always remember that few active referrals are better than thousands of inactive referrals. This is a good way to get earning started and immediately reach minimum cash out of your chosen PTC's.

Now that you know the proper way to get started, you should better understand the do's and dont's in dealing with PTC's.

WHAT YOU MUST DO !!!



1. Click only one ad at a time in a single PTC site. Do not click another ad unless you're sure that no other window is open related to that PTC site. You can only view ads simultaneously when they came from different PTC sites. But nowadays, most ptc sites got new ad viewing system where you need to focus on ad page or the timer won't run. Just view ads one at a time, focus on the page if the site require you to.

2. Install an antivirus. No installation in your pc should be processed. When you encounter something asking to install, avoid it. It doesn't increase your earnings. It may just infect your computer.

3. Use different passwords for each PTC sites. Scam PTC sites usually try your password to other PTC site to steal your account. Beware.

4. Always click logout when you're done clicking.

5. Always login first before clicking an ad else it won't be credited to your account.

6. Check the server time to be aware of when will ads be available again to be clicked. The server time is different from the local time so you need to know the time difference. This is a must on some PTC sites which may affect credited earnings.

7. Use firefox or google chrome when viewing ads. They are the friendly browsers for PTC sites.

8. When you experience an ad did not succeed to be credited to your account, proceed to the next ad, do not force it.

9. Bookmark your PTC sites so you can easily go back when ever you want.

10. Make sure you click all the ads when you got online. Usually referrals' clicks are credited to your account when you click a specified number of ads for the day.

WHAT YOU SHOULDN'T DO!!!



1. Do not put passwords on your PTC sites that are exactly the same as your email, twitter, facebook etc.

2. Don't click ads using tab, use your mouse when clicking.

3. Do not use proxy server.

4. Do not join all PTC sites the you are seeing around. They will only waste your time. (For list of my scam sites, read on "Top 5 PTC" and scroll to the bottom to see the list.)

5. Do not join online surveys particularly "A.W. Surverys" they're proven SCAM already. 99% of online surveys are SCAM.

6. Most of all, do not try to create multiple accounts in one computer or household or else you'll get banned. (don't have a personal computer? Read "Earn Money Without Own IP or PC".)
